Shipping Policy
Average Delivery Times
- After you place your order, we require 4-5 business days to process and dispatch it. Orders placed on Fridays or weekends may experience a longer processing time.
- Once your order is processed, it will be dispatched and should arrive within 7-15 business days. While we work hard to ensure timely deliveries, please be aware that delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control.
Customer Responsibilities
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. Velzara Melbourne™ is not responsible for any delays or additional shipping costs that arise due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer at checkout. Should this occur, the customer will be liable for any re-shipment fees and delays caused.
- Failure to collect parcels from post offices or delivery depots within the allocated collection time. If a parcel is returned to us due to non-collection, we will offer to re-ship the order at the customer’s expense. Refunds will not be provided for uncollected parcels.
Out-of-Stock Items
If an item is out of stock, we will contact you promptly with alternative options, such as a substitute item or a later shipment. It is the customer’s responsibility to respond in a timely manner to these communications. Failure to do so may result in delays for which Velzara Melbourne™ cannot be held responsible. We will proceed with shipping the available items once we have communicated the situation to the customer.
Delays Beyond Our Control
Please note that Velzara Melbourne™ is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside of our control, including:
- Customs clearance processes.
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- Carrier delays or strikes.
- The customer’s failure to collaborate on issues related to stock availability or address verification.
Order Cancellation Policy
Once your order is placed, it is considered as Final Sale. Therefore, it is not possible to cancel an order after it has been processed. If you have concerns regarding your order once received, we offer a hassle-free returns process, allowing you to return your item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy
Shipping Costs
Shipping is free for all orders, with no minimum purchase required. However, any additional costs incurred due to incorrect shipping addresses or uncollected parcels will be the responsibility of the customer.
Product Origin and Quality Assurance
Our products are sourced from a global network of suppliers, including trusted manufacturers from China. Each product is inspected and tested before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards. We are committed to providing unique, high-quality products at competitive prices, and your satisfaction is our priority.
Responsibility for Collection of Undelivered Parcels
In the event that a delivery attempt is made but the customer is not at home, the parcel will be held at the local post office or delivery depot for collection. It is the customer’s responsibility to collect the parcel within the timeframe provided by the carrier. If the parcel is returned to us due to failure to collect, we do not offer refunds for the original shipping. The parcel can be re-shipped at the customer’s expense upon request.
If the customer disputes the delivery, they must provide evidence showing that we did not fulfill our duty to attempt delivery.
